BREEZE AND THE STREAM

BREEZE AND THE STREAM

Deep frozen, brilliantly white glaciers!

The breeze, crisp with weird flavour !

Sun raising over the horizon,

Blurred by the mist and fading Orion,

Rivulets, streaming down, shining,

Sparkling, pretty and dashing !

The breeze, fell in love, with the stream !

A gust of wind, embraced in dream !

The river shivered, with textured scream !

Love at first breath, passions extreme !

Hugged, shrugged, tugged and pecked !

Splashing over, the breeze got freckled;

Winding through the pleasant meadows,

Gently kissing, cuddling in green willows !

Finally, it’s time for the river,

To enter the ocean, felt herself shiver,

Repulsive, to get herself contaminated !

Despicable, brackish, salty saturated,

Born out of purest form of frost,

Her legacy, a virgin, of life she brought!

The breeze gently, caressed the river;

Just dissolve, the ocean is not a killer !

Will I not lose my identity? said she !

Not at all, if you embrace me !

In my arms, as a rain laden cloud,

Be a sleet and a river again, my beloved ;

Pronounced are they, husband and wife !

Witness them both, while winter arrives !!
